The pump station is composed of fuel tank, motor, high pressure oil pump, adjustable relief valve, three-position four-way solenoid valve, pressure gauge and so on.
Start the motor, the high pressure oil pump starts to supply oil, the system pressure is adjusted by the adjustable relief valve, and the pressure gauge shows the pressure value to meet the working requirements. The three-position four-way solenoid valve implements the functions of cylinder plunger down, return and cylinder unloading through electric control reversing to meet the requirements of different working conditions. The flow valve plays a reliable overload protection role to ensure that the hydraulic cylinder and the motor are not damaged due to pressure overload.
The unit of pressure measurement shown in the pressure gauge is Mpa(Mpa). The indicator of each MPA can produce the pressure value when the cylinder piston goes down, as shown in Table (2). The user can adjust it according to needs. When adjusting, the electromagnet down the piston is energized, and the pressure shown on the pressure gauge is the actual working pressure. When the relief valve hand wheel is adjusted clockwise, the system pressure increases, and vice versa, the system pressure decreases. When adjusting, turn the handwheel slowly to prevent damage to the parts of the pressure system. The system pressure should be adjusted according to the liquid pressure required by the equipment.

Due to transportation vibration, each part should be checked for loosening and re-tightened with relevant tools.
The tank is filled with filtered N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil or N46 low point hydraulic oil. Check that electrical equipment is in good condition
2, test: before starting, we must understand the structural principle and performance of the machine, and the motor should be activated 23 times before starting
When the normal operation can be normal, attention should be paid to whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct. If reverse, switch two phases
The source line is fine.
1, the pressure machine should be correctly grounded, to separate grounding is better;
2, the machine is not allowed to correct the mold in operation;
3, the hydraulic oil is N46 anti-hydraulic oil or N46 low-condensate hydraulic oil, after 80-100 mesh mesh filtration, the first oil change time is not more than two months, after every six months to change
Oil once;
4, the machine should check the cleanliness of the oil after 200 hours of work, requiring no odor, drop a drop of oil on the white filter paper, there is no black lag in the center of the oil trace, otherwise the oil should be changed;
5. The pumping station shall not be used under overpressure;
6, in case of accidental leakage of the system, sufficient hydraulic oil should be added after eliminating the fault:
7, often check the pump station, oil tank cleaning, strictly prohibit water, dust, foreign matter into the tank;
8, such as the conversion function, the air in the system should be drained to work; 9, in the test and work, if there is an anomaly should be stopped immediately for inspection
