Chuck type jacks according to the structural characteristics can be divided into rack jacks, screw jacks and hydraulic jacks. In addition to these 3 basic types, hydraulic jacks according to the same principle can be converted into sliding jacks, hydraulic lifting platform, tension machine, etc., for various construction occasions.
Chuck type hydraulic jacks is mainly used for all kinds of large storage tanks, power plant desulfurization tower, gas tank, asphalt tank flip lifting installation.

When the chuck type jacks is used, the upper and lower card blocks are in working state after the lifting rod is inserted into the jack. When the oil pump is fed, the pressure oil enters the cylinder block from the lower nozzle. As the upper clamping head automatically pins the lifting rod, the lower clamping head is released at this time. Under the action of oil pressure, the piston rises and lifts the lifting rod upward with the load. When the piston is full of one stroke, the oil pump stops supplying oil and the load stops rising to complete the lifting process. When the oil is returned, the pressure oil enters from the upper oil nozzle. At this time, the locking lifting rod of the lower clamping head is stationary. Under the action of oil pressure, the piston returns and the hydraulic oil is discharged from the lower oil nozzle. When a stage of lifting work is completed, stop the oil supply, loosen the upper and lower clamping head, and then put down or pull out the lifting rod, and so on until the end of the whole work.
