The YT-C hydraulic storage tank lifting device is a specialized hydraulic lifting device created by our company in 1994 for the national crude oil reserve project. By adjusting the number of hydraulic cylinders and pump station systems, this equipment can be used for the construction of large storage tanks of various sizes, ranging from thousands to hundreds of thousands of cubic meters.

1, The setup comprises of a hydraulic pump station, cylinders, and steel cable. It is simple to install and operate.
2, The system employs PLC central control to manage the lifting process. Each power pack is equipped with an additional balancing device to ensure precise simultaneous lifting.
3, The hydraulic lift pump station offers two operation modes: subsidiary manual control and central control. The cylinder can be adjusted to lift individually or in conjunction with others as a group. Multiple groups can also be combined for improved precision and welding effect.
4, All cylinders are equipped with a safety valve. This valve automatically locks to prevent cylinder or tank dropping, even in situations such as power failure or high-pressure hose damage.
5, The cylinder features a single high-pressure hose to prevent oil leakage, a common issue with traditional multiple hoses. The cylinder returns to its initial position through its own weight.
6, The system is modular and can be configured to accommodate different tank sizes and weights.
7, The system is highly efficient, with each lifting or lowering operation taking approximately 15 minutes.
