1. Before construction, the factory certificate, quality certificate and material certificate of the materials used in the project and the equipment such as gasoline power generation welding machine or diesel power generation welding machine should be checked. When there is any doubt about its quality, it should be reinspected.
2. The steel pipe should be inspected according to manufacturing standards for dimensional deviations such as outer diameter, wall thickness and ellipticity, and the surface should not have cracks, scars, folds and other defects that exceed the nominal wall thickness deviation.
3. If the steel pipe has scratches, pits, arc burn marks, excessive ellipticity, deformation or flattening defects, it should be inspected, classified and treated.
4. Before the installation of the line valve, the appearance inspection, valve opening and closing inspection and water pressure test should be carried out.
1. Loading and unloading of anti-corrosion pipe shall not damage the anti-corrosion layer, and special spadder shall be used that does not damage the pipe mouth.
2. All construction machinery and equipment in the process of driving, lifting, loading and unloading, any part of the safety distance from the overhead power line should meet the safety regulations.
3. The transport of anti-corrosion pipes should comply with the relevant provisions of the traffic department, the thrust baffle should be set between the trailer and the cab, and the column should be firm.
4. Before loading, the anticorrosion grade, material and wall thickness of the anticorrosion pipe should be checked, and the anticorrosion pipe with different anticorrosion grade, material and wall thickness should not be mixed.
5. When transporting the anti-corrosion pipe, bind it firmly and take protective measures for the anti-corrosion layer. Between the anti-corrosion pipe and the frame or column, between the anti-corrosion pipe and the anti-corrosion pipe, between the anti-corrosion pipe and the binding rope shall be provided with rubber plate or other soft material liner, and the binding rope shall be covered with rubber pipe or other soft pipe sleeve. Protective measures should be taken for pipe bending transportation, and pipe trucks equipped with flexible pads should be used for the transportation of thermal insulation pipes.
6. The warehouse of flammable and explosive items shall be equipped with fire extinguishing equipment according to relevant standards.
7. After the anti-corrosion pipe arrives at the construction site, protective measures should be taken when it is stored in the open air for more than 3 months.
1. When excavating the pipe slope with a depth of more than 5m, measures to slow down the slope, support or step excavation should be taken according to the actual situation.
2. The distribution of underground facilities should be explained to the construction personnel before excavating the pipe trench. In the 5m range of both sides of the underground facilities, manual excavation should be adopted, and protection measures should be taken for the excavated underground facilities. For important underground facilities, the consent of the administrative department shall be obtained before excavation, and the excavation shall be carried out under its supervision when necessary.
3. Blasting excavation of pipe trench should be completed before pipe layout. The blasting operation shall be undertaken by a unit qualified for blasting. Safety measures shall be formulated for blasting operations, and the safe distance of blasting shall be stipulated, which shall not threaten the safety of nearby residents, pedestrians, and above-ground and underground facilities. For important facilities that may be affected, relevant departments and personnel shall be notified in advance, and safety protection measures shall be taken before blasting.
4. When excavating pipes across roads, rivers, densely populated areas, etc., appropriate safety measures shall be taken, including warning signs, traffic lights, warning objects, etc.
1. Before going down the ditch, the depth of the ditch should be reviewed to remove landslides, stones, water, snow and other foreign bodies in the ditch.
2. The pipe shall be lowered by lifting equipment such as pipe hoist, and non-lifting equipment such as bulldozer or crowbar shall not be used. Sling should use nylon sling or rubber roller sling basket, do not directly use wire rope.
3. When the pipeline is in the ditch, the operation should be directed by a special person, practical and effective measures should be taken to prevent the pipeline rolling ditch, and attention should be paid to avoid collision with the ditch wall to prevent chafing the anti-corrosion layer.
4. In the process of pipeline trench, the electric spark leak detector should be used to check the pipeline anti-corrosion layer, and the detection voltage should meet the requirements of the design and current relevant standards. If there is damage or pinholes, it should be repaired in time.
5. The general section of the pipeline should be backfilled in time after the ditch, the water in the ditch should be removed before backfilling, and the mountainous areas easy to wash, high water level, densely populated areas and rainy season construction should be immediately backfilled.
6. For pipes that may be scoured by floods or have no bubbles after backfilling, measures to prevent scour and pipe floating, such as compacting pipes, drainage or sand bags, should be taken.
