Compared with other construction methods, the inner column inversion method has the characteristics of high labor efficiency, low strength, stable lifting, safety and reliability, simple operation, no limit device, and good self-locking function. The flip method using electric hoist not only has the advantages of simple equipment and low cost, but also does not use hydraulic oil and other consumables, and has no pollution to the working environment.
1, After the assembly welding of the bottom plate of the storage tank is completed, in order to facilitate tank entry construction and sanitation of the construction environment inside the pass, the H-beam steel support is spot-welded at every 800mm interval at the position of the wall plate of the storage tank. The positioning card of the welded wall plate on the upper surface of the H-beam steel is shown in the following figure.

The inner side of the tank wall are arranged with uprights, and the number and size of uprights are calculated. The distance between the column and the tank wall should be subject to the electric hoist not touching the Angle steel. The column must be installed vertically. If there is a gap in contact with the bottom of the tank, the thin steel plate can be flattened and welded firmly. Install two diagonal braces at 3/4 height of the column. The Angle between the brace and the Angle between the brace and the tank bottom should be 45°. The electric hoist is installed on the upper lifting lug of the column. After the installation of the two belt plates is completed and the roof of the tank is sealed, the adjacent columns are connected with the center column by using a tie rod. This method makes all the electric hoists form a closed whole. (as shown in the picture)
The expansion ring is made of channel steel rolling arc, and the curvature radius is the same as the inner diameter of the storage tank. Weld the lifting lug on the expansion ring directly below the electric hoist. It is necessary to pay special attention here that about one meter on both sides of the expansion ring lifting lug should be reinforced with reinforcing bars and reinforcing plates (as shown in the figure), and the lifting lug should only be welded with the expansion ring, and the lifting lug should not be welded with the tank wall, so as to avoid the internal tension deformation of the lower side of the tank wall caused by the inclination of the electric hoist when lifting. The expansion ring is connected with the tank wall using gantry clamp. The position of the gantry clamp shall not be too close to the lifting lug, which is too close to cause the tank wall to be strained and deformed, nor shall it be too far away from the lifting lug, which will cause the expansion ring to be deformed by excessive torsion force.
Due to the inevitable differences in the synchronization of the motor of the electric hoist, it is necessary to install a single hoist fine-tuning circuit when the lifting device is lifted as a whole, so as to adjust the lifting speed of the individual hoist in time, so that the entire lifting system can maintain a relatively stable operation and ensure the safety of the promotion.
The fine-tuning circuit is designed as follows:
Lift test must be carried out before lifting. In the no-load state, start the centralized control switch to see if all the hoist lifting is consistent and the lifting sequence is the same as that of a single control switch. Whether there is a twisted card phenomenon and whether the lifting pace is consistent. After a thorough inspection, you can start to work after confirming that it is normal.
Electric hoist lifting should be carried out simultaneously. Every third of the board should be stopped to check whether it is synchronized and whether the rising force is uniform. If there is no synchronization and uneven force, it can continue to lift. If the lifting is not synchronized and the force is uneven, the backward chain should be controlled and adjusted separately, so that it is at the same height and the same force state with other chains, to avoid accidents, and can be lifted again at the same time after adjustment until the lifting of the belt plate is completed.
