The pipelayer is an important construction equipment in the construction of oil and natural gas pipeline, which is mainly used for distributing, matching and ditching operations of large diameter pipe.
A series of HGY pipe crane using Cummins engine and crawler chassis, rigid structure, lengthening and widening crawler, hydraulic mechanical transmission.
The working device adopts full hydraulic drive, which mainly realizes 3 actions: lifting and landing of the hook; Swing of the boom; Lifting and landing of counterweights.
Two separate hydraulic winches drive the boom and the hook. The boom is made of low alloy high strength steel, solid box profile welded structure. The crane is equipped with the intelligent monitor of the crane, the automatic limit device of the hook and the automatic limit device of the boom, which can monitor and control the working condition of the crane in real time. The DGY pipe crane has good micro performance and fast hook falling function.

A. Excellent performance
1, The integrated powertrain with differential steering and the updated hydraulic system work in tandem to provide the power and improved machine handling required for any crane application.
2, Electro-hydraulic devices increase machine productivity by providing better response and precise control of variable speed motors with heavily loaded winches.
3, Excellent counterweight shape improves lifting ability.
4, Differential steering maintains maximum power on both tracks, enabling top-notch steering performance even when the boom is loaded, while improving handling in narrow operating positions.
5, The improved center of gravity, the lengthened track support wheel and the repositioned rear guide wheel give the track a larger ground area, thus improving the machine's ability to work on hills.
B. Designed for operators
1, Equipped with machine control handle, one hand can operate all the machine control devices and functions of the crane.
2, The control handle adopts ergonomic design, which saves effort in operation and reasonable positioning. It can synchronously position the sling, boom and retractable counterweight accurately.
3, The double brake pedal control device improves the steering and steering performance of the machine.
4, The planetary gear differential steering system facilitates superior handling in tight operating areas and enhances uphill performance.
C. Built-in safety feature
1, Load torque indicator (LMI) is standard.
2, Convenient ladders, handlebars and guardrails facilitate safe access to the cab.
3, A large roof window with a retractable sunshade, additional mirrors and sloped doors help with better views of the ditch, boom and cylinder block.
4, The standard operator position detection system allows the machine to turn when the operator is not seated, but locks the powertrain to avoid accidental movement.
5, The rear view camera is standard, and two additional cameras are optional to further improve the view around the machine.
