The flame cutting of CNC flame cutting machine is a kind of thermal cutting process, the material local heating to the ignition temperature, and then combustion in this temperature and cutting oxygen flow, the heat generated by the heating flame and the material combustion heat make the material in the cutting oxygen flow to form a continuous combustion process (the lowest purity of cutting oxygen is 99.5%), This combustion process is self-diffused in the depth and feed direction of the cutting oxygen jet, and the residue produced during combustion is ejected by the cutting oxygen jet force, thus forming the cutting slit.
