The most important thing in the construction of large steel plate granary is the lifting scheme of the warehouse, and most steel plate granary projects are constructed by inverted loading method. First of all, the grain silo floor is laid, and then the top of the first layer of wall panels and the top of the grain silo are prepared, and then according to the diameter of the grain silo and the number of hydraulic jacks, the hydraulic jack is evenly placed in a circle of the grain silo, and the wall panels and the hydraulic jack connecting plates are riveted. Continue to install the hydraulic jack and hydraulic pump station, and connect and drain the oil lines and circuits for commissioning.

In order to ensure the quality and quantity of the project successfully completed on time, it is necessary to formulate feasible measures to ensure the construction period. In addition to fully guaranteeing the production, processing, packaging, and transportation links, the following measures will be taken at the installation site: the transportation plan should arrive at the site at least three days in advance to avoid the impact of road obstacles on rainy days. All component numbers are specially checked by inspectors to ensure a successful installation. Strictly complete the daily construction plan workload, do not finish the work, if necessary, can be appropriate to work overtime or even add night shift to complete.
