Self Adjusting Welding Roller Frame

The HGZ type self-aligned welding rotator, also known as a turning roll, is specifically designed for welding pressure vessels. It incorporates the best features from similar products in both domestic and international markets. The rotation of the vessel is achieved through the friction between the power unit and the vessel. This welding rotator is particularly useful for both round and longitudinal welding of metallic cylinders, tanks, and pipes. The HGZ welding rotator automatically adjusts the distance between the rollers, eliminating the need for manual adjustments. Customers can choose between rubber, steel, or PU rollers based on their preferences. Adjusting Welding Roller Frame

The adjustable welding rotator is made up of a drive unit and an idler unit, designed to fulfill the welding needs of manual welding, automatic welding, and automatic submerged arc welding. The gap between the rollers can be modified using a screw arbor or bolt. This rotator is particularly suitable for cylinders that are either very light (less than 5 tons) or extremely heavy (over 200 tons). The rotators can be constructed using rubber, steel, or PU materials, depending on the customer's preferences.
