Major Component

1, Column: column is the main parts of the welding manipulator, usually using rectangular square pipe or bending welding structural parts, rigidity is very good.

2. Column slewing mechanism: column slewing adopts high-precision slewing bearing to ensure that the lower deflection of the transverse arm telescopic head is low. Column, slide seat, beam and other components can be rotated as a whole ±180°. Column rotation, split and electric two, can be manually or pneumatic lock, to ensure its safety and reliability.

3. Transverse arm: The transverse arm works smoothly and does not produce vibration and horizontal shaking that affect the welding quality. Transverse arm telescopic, column electric rotation, AC frequency converter speed regulation, the speed is stepless adjustable, digital display, preset parameters. Frequency converter has over current, over voltage, over moment protection.

4, Walking trolley: walking trolley adopts standard steel rail as walking track. The trolley is divided into manual and electric two kinds, the operation system is provided with a brake device, between the trolley and the track is provided with a clamp rail.

5. Skateboard components: skateboard components include skateboard body, regulating wheel assembly, anti-fall device, and crossarm drive component. The skateboard body is connected to the column assembly through the regulating wheel assembly, and the chain is connected with the anti-fall device to drive the skateboard assembly to lift.

6. Electric control cabinet: The electric control cabinet of the welding manipulator is equipped with control devices for lifting, lowering, extending and shrinking the beam. Its main function is thermal protection, over current protection, lack of phase protection, movement part of the limit protection function. The front door of the electric control cabinet is equipped with an operating switch.
