Product Introduction

Self-adjustable welding rotator is auxiliary equipment for automatic welding.HGZ type self aligned welding rotator(turning roll)is designed on the base of welding requirements of pressure vessels.HGZ welding rotator adjusts roller distance automatically,no need to do manual adjustment. Rotators are made of rubber,Steel or PU,it is all on customers’ decisions. Advanced technique,sound quality and convenient operation guarantee customer’s satisfaction.

By proper adjustment, it can make work-piece at optimum welding position, attaining purpose of reducing labor intensity, improving, welding speed, guaranteeing welding quality.

This series of roller-bed consists of driving roller, idler roller and electric system etc.

Mechanical characteristic

1, Pedestals of driving, idle rollers are all frame-type welding-numbers, with great loading capacity and long time using life. There are hoisting-holes on the pedestal. Mounting-holes on the pedestal are machined finely post welding, ensuring mounting precision.

2, Two plier-racks are fit on the roller frame, 2 rollers on each rack. After the work-piece is put onto rollers, plier-racks swing around fixed shaft, making good contact between rollers and work-piece, accommodating different work-piece D, ensure surrounding angle of work-piece between 45^o~110^o.

3, Driving welding turning roll is single driving; The 2 groups of rollers on driving-frame are driven by one motor with reducer by way of gears, making work-piece into rotation on roller, Roller step-less speed adjustment can be controlled with variable frequency speed-controller.

4, Reducer features in reasonable structure, smooth running, little bulk, great torque and low noise.

5, Each roller PU roller,  Core of rubber roller is made of cast-iron, clad with rubber outside, which can boosts frication force and with good abrasion proof capacity, while metallic rollers have good hardness, abrasion-proof, pressure-press and long life.

6, All the motion units of equipment have consummate lubricating system.

7, Welding structure members are stress-relived post welding, guaranteeing ling-term non-deformation.

Electric characteristic

The operation control way consists of control box and remote panel. The control box install on machine, simple and beautiful, adopt advanced frequency speed control technology, roller motor timing system adopts inverter, with low frequency and high torque, revolve difference compensation functions, meanwhile it has over current, over voltage, overload and short circuit protection, and also has alarm output function, high start torque, high control precision, and reliable performance.

1, The panel of control box has power switch, power indication etc. Breaker control power of whole machine, break on, and machine has power, breaker off, machine without power.

2, The machine operation concentrates on remote panel, the detail control function as follows:

a, Turn knob switch to left, turning roll forward revolve; turn right, turning roll reverse revolve, stop at middle position.

b, The speed adjustment is loopy potentiometer with 10-circle dial, 10th circle correspondence high speed.
