Product Introduction

Closed all-position argon arc pipe welding machine is a special equipment used to weld the interface between pipe fittings and pipe fittings and between pipe fittings and fittings through welding power supply. Mainly used for stainless steel, carbon steel, titanium alloy, gold, copper and other thin-wall pipe welding with wall thickness ≤3mm.

From the perspective of welding system composition, the closed stainless steel pipeline automatic welding machine system is composed of power control system, automatic tubular welding pliers, welding program control system, the whole adopts argon arc self-fusion welding process, welding operations are completed in the closed welding pliers. The welding pliers has rotating tungsten needle around the pipeline weld operation, the inner and outer walls are protected by argon gas, no wire, no welding slag, self-fusion welding, can reach single-side welding and double-sided forming. The whole process of welding is controlled by automatic software system, one-button simpleton operation, without high level welding skills to achieve high quality welding output.
