The welding manipulator is a equipment used for longitudinal seam welding and annular seam welding of the inner and outer joints of cylindrical workpieces such as boiler drum and petrochemical vessel in pressure vessels.It is generally composed of columns, beams, rotating mechanisms, carts and other components.
Welding manipulator is combined with welding roller frame, welding positioner, etc., special equipment for automatic welding of inner and outer ring joints, fillet welds, and inner and outer longitudinal joints of components, with fixed, rotary, full-position and other structural forms. According to the needs of users to choose the structure and supporting a variety of welding machines and increase tracking, swing, monitoring, flux recovery and other auxiliary functions.
It is mainly composed of operation device, control device, power source device and process support device.
1, The operating device includes a guide rail, an inclination adjusting mechanism, a vertical guiding mechanism, a welding torch holder and a welding torch, and the inclination adjusting mechanism can make the welding torch rotate positively and negatively around the center.
