In the process of welding, the flange plate at the weld must be bent and deformed because of the heat input concentration. The straightening machine is a special equipment used to correct the flange plate of welded steel structure.Our straightener is mainly divided into mechanical type and hydraulic type.
Mechanical structure is simple, easy to operate and reliable, suitable for flange thickness is not more than 40mm. The straightening roller and the main drive roller are made of high quality alloy steel, which has been treated by heat treatment and has a long service life.
Hydraulic type is mainly used to correct welding deformation of H-beam steel flange plate.Two upper correction wheels press both sides of the flange, one lower correction wheel supports the middle of the flange, and the two upper correction wheels are pushed by the lower pressure cylinder to press both sides of the flange to correct the welding deformation of the flange.The equipment consists of cycloidal needle wheel reducer, cylindrical gear reducer, universal coupling, frame, lower rectifying roller device, upper rectifying roller device, web clamping device, conveying roller channel, hydraulic system and electric control system.

The section steel rolled parts cooled to less than 80T are transported to the straightening machine through the output roller table of the cold bed. The section steel rolled parts are corrected by the straightening machine after the adjustment of the guide plate and the turning machine.
For greater flexibility and better straightening effect, the straightening roller can be adjusted in the axial, vertical and horizontal directions. The straightening roller can be replaced quickly by special assembly equipment.
The iron filings produced in the straightening process are transported along the belt conveyor to the iron filings box. The fixing and pressure relief of the straightening roller are completed by portable hydraulic equipment. The straightened section steel is transported to the marshalling through the outlet roller table.The systems that supply smooth and other auxiliary equipment to the machinery and equipment in the production process include glycerol lubrication station and hydraulic station. The glycerol station and auxiliary device are located near the straightener, and the lubrication points on the straightener are connected to the lubrication system.
In the production process, the hydraulic system supplies hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic equipment. The related equipment of the hydraulic system is located in the nearby hydraulic station, and the hydraulic valve platform is located near the corresponding mechanical equipment.
The straightening shaft and bearing of the straightening machine are assembled by hydraulic nut method.
The straightener is composed of AC main motors controlled by 7 frequency converters. In the straightening process, load compensation is adopted in the 7 main motors in order to achieve consistent load distribution.
Ps.The principle of master and slave. The data of horizontal adjustment, straight adjustment and axial adjustment are stored in the database (straightening scheme), and the straightening roller is positioned according to these data.
