After cutting the pipe with band saw to different required lengths, in order to achieve better welding effect between pipes, we need to groove the end of the pipe.At this point we need to use the pipe end beveling machine,It can be turned at high speed to polish the end of the pipe, so that the interface is smooth and has a slope.
According to the different control system, we have two kinds of beveling machine, respectively the ordinary one and the one with PLC function.At the same time, for the convenience of the beveling machine, we are also equipped with pipe longitudinal roller conveying system.
This pipe end beveling machine consist of machine body, power unit, profile cutting mechanism, electric lifting mechanism, hydraulic unit, radial feed mechanism, axial feed mechanism, electric controls,etc.
What is special is that the control system is gear shift for main shaft, VF speed change for axial direction movement and manual control.
According to different pipe size, we have this several models:EPEBM-16Da/24Da/32Da/40Da/48Da/60Da.

For the use of pipe end beveling machine, we are also equipped with pipe longitudinal roller conveying system.The whole of pipe roller conveying system consist of steel structure frame, roller set, lifting device, lifting & turning device, and gearing of sprocket chain etc.Lifting device consist of electric motor, worm wheel screw lifter and gearing of sprocket chain etc.It can move the pipe flexibly, saving manpower and improving cutting efficiency.According to different pipe size, we have this several models:PLRCS-16Aa/24Aa/32Aa/40Aa/48Aa/60Aa.
Principle Of Operation:
When after the pipe roll into roller conveyor, driving roller by electric motor & sprocket chain, push pipe forward via friction force of roller;Elevate & lower height of roller conveyor by worm wheel screw lifter, so as to conveying pipe go into clamping device exactly;When rolling the pipe to proper position, and proceed to lifting & turning by worm wheel screw lifter.
Performance features:
1, Conveying the pipe automatically or manually when the end beveling machine works and the pipe can be removed from the machine with a turnover mechanism if necessary
2, It is improving automatization level in the pipe fabricating plant and decreases the hazards during hoisting.
