Welding positioner is a kind of universal and efficient welding equipment which mainly realizes circular seam welding.It can be equipped with argon arc welding machine (wire filling or no wire filling), molten gas welding machine (C02/MAG/MIG welding machine), plasma welding machine and other welding machine power supply and can be combined with other units into automatic welding system.Welding positioner is mainly through the lifting, rotating, flipping and other movements of the work table in the best welding position, there are rollover type, head and tail type, lifting and double rotation and other structural forms.
Welding positioner as a common welding auxiliary machine in the welding industry, can turn the workpiece to the ideal welding position, improve the welding accuracy, in the welding work, welding positioner can be matched with a variety of welding machines to complete the work, is widely used in various fields, welding positioner can achieve stable work, which benefits from the components of the welding positioner.
There are concentric circles on the table surface, which is convenient for the workpiece and fixture to be fixed. The table is equipped with eight radial T-slots, which can be fixed and clamped on the workpiece, and stable rotation can be carried out when the workpiece is turned over.
When the welding positioner carries out auxiliary operations, it needs to coordinate the movement with the welding special aircraft, which requires accurate adjustment of the turnover Angle and speed to avoid collision accidents, which requires a high precision reducer, to achieve the precision of rotation and improve the stability of welding.
The user needs to work within the bearing capacity of the welding positioner, which is related to the bearing capacity of the slewing support. The table is fixed on the slewing support to ensure the bearing and stable rotation under the rated load. The bottom of the table is welded with profiles, and the stressed parts are strengthened.
The driving device is the power source for the normal operation of the welding positioner. After the power is connected, the driving device can support the movement of the welding positioner. The whole drive unit is installed with a protective housing to ensure that external dust can not enter the transmission system.
1. Rotary drive
a, Rotary drive should realize stepless speed regulation, and can be reversed.
b, Within the range of rotation speed, the rotation speed fluctuation shall not exceed 5% under the maximum load.
2. Tilt drive
a. Tilt drive should be stable, no jitter under maximum load, the whole machine shall not overturn. The maximum load Q is more than 25kg, should have the power drive function.
b. There should be a limiting device to control the tilt Angle and an Angle indication mark.
c. The tilt mechanism should have the function of self-locking, does not slide under the maximum load, safe and reliable.
3. Others
a. The control part of the positioner should be provided with a linkage interface for automatic welding.
b. The positioner should be equipped with a conductive device to avoid welding current through bearings, gears and other transmission parts. The resistance of the conducting device should not exceed 1 megohm, and its capacity should meet the requirements of the rated welding current.
c. The electrical equipment shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 4064.
d. The structure of the workbench should be easy to install the workpiece or the installation of the fixture, but also to negotiate with the user to determine its structure form.
e. The relationship between the maximum load and the eccentricity and center of gravity should be explained in the operating instruction of the positioner.
