Product Introduction

Head polishing machine is suitable for various stainless steel oval, butterfly, and conical head polishing. From 60-400 mesh and mirror polished or brushed matte. Head polishing machine can achieve low cost, high efficiency, high quality, effectively solve the workers into the tank polishing safety and occupational disease.

Product Major Component

This machine is composed of cross main engine, tank polishing head, electric control system, pneumatic system, rotaring table and turning roll.

A, Cross main engine

1. The moving stroke of the column is 1600mm, the moving stroke of the electric arm is 3000mm, and the sliding block is used to lift the driving mechanism and other components.

2. The materials of the column and arm are 500x300x10mm and 250x150x8mm square tubes respectively.

3, the arm is driven by the gear, rack and reducer; The cylinder is driven by sprocket, chain and reducer.

4, the arm moving speed (up and down, left and right) is driven by frequency conversion, the frequency is adjustable.

B, Tank polishing head

1, Dish polishing head and tank polishing head are used for grind and polish dish on rotaring table and tank on turing roll.
2, Adaptive constant floating structure, can be adapted to the workpiece ovality ≤50mm.

C, Electric control system, pneumatic system

1, Electric cabinet: operator station,actuators, control loop. Actuator including: contactors, relays, variable-frequency drive etc.
2, Pneumatic part:pressure gauges, cylinders, pipes and other component,to achieve the polishing head feed/return and adaptive constant floating structure.
3, Electric control system and pneumatic system installed in the same Cabinet.

D, Rotaring table

1. Diameter is 800mm, maximum load of rotating bearing is 2t;

2, frequency conversion speed regulation, and equipped with cylinder head sharing fixture, the maximum clamping workpiece diameter of 4300mm;

3, manual screw clamping, automatic centering.

E, Turning roll

1, Abrasive belt:

We suggest: a, 3M brand made in US.

b, VSM brand made in Germany.

c. NCA brand made in Japan.

Advantages: a.  Ra≤0.1um and very good mirror finish.

b.  hairline finish(Broken lines or snow line).

2, Buffing wheels

Surface Finish:  8K mirror finish or hairline finish

3, Automatic waxing system: price has contain electrical control part. (a wax barrel can be equipped with six guns)
