1. Project Overview

2. Hydraulic Jacking Upside Down Principle

The hydraulic lifting jack (complete set of equipment) is arranged on the circumference of the inner wall of the storage tank, and the top of the tank and the upper layer (the first layer and the top of the tank) are lifted first, and then the wall panels of the tank are welded layer by layer. The lifting jacks (hydraulic jacking system) composed of self-locking hydraulic jack and lifting frame and lifting rod is adopted through the hydraulic control system, so that when the hydraulic jack is fed, the upper clamping head is clamped and the lifting rod and expansion ring are lifted, thus driving the tank body (including the top of the tank) to lift upward, when the jack returns the oil, the upper clamping head returns with the piston rod, and the lower clamping head automatically clamps the lifting rod Will slide. This repeated movement of the jack causes the lifting rod to rise continuously with the tank until it reaches a predetermined height (the height of the next layer of board). After welding the butt assembly of the next layer of panel, open the upper and lower clamping devices of the hydraulic jack, loosen the upper and lower clamping heads, and lower the lifting rod and expansion ring to the lower wall of the next layer of panel, weld the force transfer reinforcement plate, and then lift. So repeated, so that the welded tank has been raised until the last layer of wall panel welding is completed, to meet the requirements of the flip method construction process.

5. Quality Safety Control
