This is a machine that integrates cutting and beveling,it can finish the cutting groove of the pipe quickly and efficiently, saving the time of two processes.

Performance features
1, On-line Performance is good (designed as per the on-line equipment of the production line);
2, Cutting & Beveling Speed: ≤5Min /one pcs pipe cut off with two bevels (DN200 Sch40,CS) , shall be approx 12 pieces of pipe cut per hour and approx 100 pcs of pipe cut off per day under the normal working condition, as well can be change the speed and speed control. Proposal to you had better operation the machines with two personal, one is operation machines, the other one assist to hoisting pipes and assistant works;
3, Cutting off pipe and two bevels simultaneously;
4, Bevel quality is good;
5, It is unnecessary to cutting surplus so the material can be saved;
6, Low mobility and stationery type;
7, Used for cutting large amount of pipes dia not larger than 12”with standard wall thickness or thin wall thickness and beveling theV-shape bevel.
