This type of chuck welding machine is suitable for straight pipe with flange and can be used for pipe alignment and pipe welding simultaneously.It can be welded straight pipe and flange directly,increasing the efficiency and quality of pipe-flange fit-up, needing fewer skills for fitting-up pipes and flanges and reducing work difficulty for the operators.The fast matching and automatic bonding between pipe and flange are realized, and the efficiency of butt welding between pipe and flange is improved.

For some heavy pipes that cannot be clamped, we adopt this cantilever welding machine. The pipes are placed on the material rack with rollers and welded by rotating the pipes.The pipe driven by frictional force, however, it is required to set essential balance weight to offset large bending moment caused by elbows for large diameter pipe, or providing a chain tensioner to improve the reliability of the driving.
