The CNC plasma cutting machine for horizontal structure, mainly divided into: workpiece clamping mechanism, chuck rotary mechanism, pipeline support bracket, cutting torch walking mechanism, cutting torch rotary mechanism, copying tracking mechanism, plasma cutting system (flame cutting system), NUMERICAL control system, software system, etc. The cut steel pipe is hung on the pipe support device, which is equipped with two groups of rollers of different sizes to adapt to the change of steel pipe diameter. After the pipe is loaded, the steel pipe is clamped on the three-jaw self-centering chuck through the workpiece clamping mechanism.
