Simple unfixing Holding -latch hydraulic Jack is a double acting hydraulic jack (also known as hydraulic lifting machine) with upper and lower clamping heads divided into two bodies. It is suitable for lifting construction of various large storage tanks (steel) or other heavy objects.It needs to cooperate with the lifting rod to achieve reciprocating lifting work.
The hydraulic lifting device, also known as the package unit, is evenly spread out along the inner wall of the tank. Initially, the top of the tank and the first layer of wall plates are lifted, followed by the installation and welding of the remaining wall plates. This process utilizes a self-locking hydraulic jack and hydraulic hoist, which consist of a lifting frame and lifting rod.
When oil is introduced into the hydraulic jack, the upper clamp secures and lifts the lifting rod and expansion ring, causing the tank (including the top) to rise. When the oil is released from the jack, the upper clamp returns with the piston, automatically securing the lifting rod without sliding. This movement is repeated by the jack, gradually raising the lifting rod along with the tank to the desired height (allowing space for the next layer of plates).
Once the next layer of wall plates is butt-welded, the upper and lower loosening devices are opened, allowing the upper and lower clamps to release. This allows the lifting rod and expansion ring to descend to the lower expanded and welded rib plate of the next layer of wall plates, before lifting again. This process is repeated until the last layer of wall plates is installed and welded. At this point, the entire storage tank installation is complete.

The self-locking performance of the detachable jack ensures that no tanks or heavy objects slide or fall in the event of a power outage, guaranteeing a safe and reliable hydraulic elevation.
2. The construction quality is assured. The adjustable function (slight descent) enables precise control over the lifting height. The welding quality is also guaranteed for the aforementioned reasons.

4. The equipment demonstrates excellent adaptability. This particular set of equipment can be used for hydraulic elevation of large-scale storage tanks with varying volumes, ranging from tens of thousands of cubic meters, simply by adjusting the hydraulic hoist (detachable jack, lifting frame, lifting rod, etc.).
5. The hydraulic pump station can be positioned according to the actual working conditions. For large storage tanks, the pump station can be placed inside the tank, outside the tank, or in the space between two tanks (when one pump station controls two tanks).
6. The hydraulic pump station has both manual and automatic controls, and it is known for its strong adaptability and good technical performance price ratio.
7. The construction period is short, the cost is low, and there are good economic returns. This is because the package unit is highly modernized and has a fast lifting speed, resulting in lower construction costs and better economic returns. The techniques used also offer advantages such as centralized control, convenient operation, safety and reliability (no risk of falling), precise control of weld clearance and lifting height. These advantages ensure project quality, save labor, and reduce costs, resulting in remarkable economic benefits.
8. The unfixing jack is widely used in project installation because of its well-designed structure. It consists of an upper clamp, oil cylinder, lower clamp, and support. Both the upper and lower clamps have a self-locking mechanism. When the oil cylinder rises, the upper clamp automatically locks the lifting rod, while the lower clamp loosens. During the return stroke, the upper clamp loosens and the lower clamp locks the lifting rod, preventing it from descending and allowing the heavy object to be lifted to the desired height in steps. The locking device becomes tighter as the object gets heavier, ensuring that it won't fall even in the event of a sudden power cut or burst oil pipe. This lifting method is proven to be safe and efficient, and it is also cost-effective compared to pneumatic jacks, jacks with large strokes, and high-altitude wire lifting. These other methods cannot match the safety and practicality of the unfixing jack, making it the best choice for substitution. The unfixing jack is rapidly being used in the inverted lifting installation of storage tanks, power plant absorption towers, and stack steel linings. It also has a slight descending function, which is convenient for welding plates together. As long as chaining fixing of support and lifting point are sufficient for bearing object load, the jack can lift object to designated place safely and efficiently.
