I. Construction characteristics

II. The process principle

1. Principle of inversion method

The main body of the metal cylindrical storage tank is composed of three parts: the bottom of the tank, the wall plate, the top of the tank, and the height of the tank is mainly formed by each section of the wall plate. The procedure of the formal installation method is: tank bottom - each layer of wall panel - tank top.

The tank body is getting higher and higher, and it must be operated at a high height. The procedure of the inversion method is: the bottom of the tank - the top of the tank - the upper panel is lifted by a lower panel. The main construction of all ground operations, not only safe, high efficiency, but also save the crane, scaffolding and other costs. Expansion rings must be used to lift the tank roof and upper panel. The expansion ring is divided into several sections according to the inner diameter of the tank, and every two sections are tightened on the tank wall with a jack, and the reinforced plate is welded to ensure the force transfer of the expansion ring to the tank body, and the lifting mechanism lifts the expansion ring, then the tank top and the upper panel wall are raised. Weld the lower panel and then expand back to the lower panel, repeat the work until the completion of all panel construction.

2. Hydraulic lifting principle

Power comes from the central control console, which includes the motor, oil pump, fuel tank, and reversing valve. Safety valve, pressure gauge, twisting disc, oil distributor, 16 groups of stop valves, etc. The high-pressure oil is sent to the double acting cylinder through the hose, and the reciprocating action of the cylinder is realized through the reversing valve. The piston rod is hollow with a lifting rod through the middle. The upper and lower parts of the cylinder are provided with a self-positioning unidirectional clamping head. The lifting lever pulls the skateboard, and the skateboard moves along the track of the bracket. Two supporting plates are arranged on the skateboard, and the expansion ring is lifted by the supporting plate, so that the tank body is lifted and the process requirements of flip mounting are realized. A non-lubricated lining plate is adopted between the slide board and the supporting frame track. The support frame has the necessary height, strength and stiffness.

III. Scope of application

The construction method can be used for the inverted construction of the cylindrical storage tank with a volume from 1000m3 to 20000m3. It can be buttoned, or it can be lapped. It can be a vaulted tank, a floating tank, or an internal floating tank. This lifting principle can also be used for the lifting of large tonnage equipment in the workshop.
