The automatic welding machine trolley is capable of moving at a constant speed along the outer diameter of the pipe. It can adjust the height of the welding gun, fine-tune its position, and move it left and right. It also controls the welding current and voltage.
1. The advanced design and motion control technology are utilized in the full-position automatic pipeline welder.
2. The control mode consists of a microelectronic PCB board, a high-definition LCD screen, and intelligent waterproof soft buttons.
3. The crawling drive system includes a constant torque motor, a high precision planetary reducer, and a worm gear and worm drive.
4. The swing drive system is composed of a stepper motor, a high precision planetary reducer, and a high precision linear slider.
5. The height adjustment of the welding torch is achieved through a stepper motor, a high precision planetary reducer, and a high precision linear slide rail.
6. The trolley structure is made of aviation aluminum alloy and has a frame design.
7, Control features: The input parameters are displayed on a high-definition LCD screen, allowing for precise adjustment of the welding range of 360°. The digital integrated circuit, consisting of CPLD microelectronics and the FPGA chip, serves as the core and enables accurate matching of motor movement parameters with welding current and voltage.
8, Welding power supply: The digital gas welding power supply, imported from Sweden, ensures precise control of the welding material's transition within the welding pool.
1, The main structure of the crawler trolley is constructed using lightweight aviation aluminum alloy, weighing approximately 14KG. This makes it easy to transport on construction sites while maintaining a strong and sturdy build.
2, The crawler trolley is designed with compact dimensions, allowing for a 300mm rotating space around the pipeline. This meets the requirement for rotary welding.
3, The walking motor, oscillating motor, and raising motor of the crawler are all equipped with orthogonal encoders. These encoders provide position and speed feedback, ensuring accurate positioning and speed control. Additionally, they enhance dynamic performance and output torque.
4. Utilizing a stepper motor, the welding gun can be adjusted in its swing and position, allowing for precise and accurate positioning. This ensures that the swing width, residence time, and control accuracy of the high and low attitudes are maintained.
5. The welding power supply is equipped with a digital gas shielded welding power supply, which employs digital processing for all welding parameters. As a result, there is no requirement for manual involvement during the welding process.
